Point Out Condstellation Moodlet

I am trying to progress my sims career from level 7 to 8 astronaut. I have to 'Get Starry Night Moodlet from the Point Out Constellation Social'. I have gone outside with my other Sim but I never get this social option. Any ideas?

Welcome to our Forum, kristydoll.  You have to go outside with another sim at night, I went outside to the yard with a visiting sim around 10pm game time, the option will show under friendly social.
