Meteor nearly ended my dynasty

Kumquat was in the garden using the telescope when I get the message Kumquat has discovered a meteor oh no it appears to be getting bigger. Luckily for me I had already given her the command to go for a bath which she was doing as I was reading the message. I went to map view to see where it had landed and I couldn't see anything.
Until I saw this:



Fortunately nobody was harmed and the museum was intact. Then the stupid game crashed to desktop and I lost about two Sim weeks. Kumquat only had to find four more celestial bodies and tutor a child for another four hours and she would have supermaxed logic. I survive a meteor for that to happen how unlucky is that.
So next time I play I will be moving Kumquats telescope somewhere far away from the house.

Rachel, I'm so sorry about all that lost time - it's so frustrating when that happens!  Thank goodness Kumquat was alright and the museum wasn't damaged.

Gee, look at all the meteors you could have collected!  Sorry, being facetious in the face of possible tragedy.  Really sorry you lost the play time.  That really sucks.  Very happy Kumquat is ok!  Imagine if you had not sent her to take a bath!  Yikes.
