Tranquilizing Handshake

My sim is high up enough in the secret agent career to do a tranquilizing handshake, however the option isn't always available.  I cheated to advance his career, could that be why?

Hi @AngelicaSchuyler  Welcome to the forum. It shouldn't matter that you used cheats. There is a cool down period on the action so maybe you are just trying to use it again to soon.
