How to stock Nectar shelves in my New Nectary?

I have recently built a Nectary. I took my sim to France to buy bottles of nectar and some shelves and nectar making machines. . I tried to stock the new shelves in my business/nectary and could not. I got the message of no interactions, However at My Home. . . I was able to stock the same bottles into the same shelves... Is there a cheat or a strategy to allow me to stock the bottles in my shelves? Please help.

You have to have testing cheats enabled, then ctrl+shift+click the racks and the options to make buyable, and tasteable, should come up.

You don't need to have the cheats on, cntrl + shift + clicking objects in buymode while building works by default.
If want to sell your own nectar in the nectary though, that's not possible, even with the savvier seller store set.
