VIII Landgrab: Unable to make 2nd floor

Hi everyone -

I bulldozed the VIII Landgrab apartment and noticed I am unable to create a second floor or define the outdoor space. I've even tried to use the room defining tool but it has no impact on external walls. Any ideas? (sorry for the dark pic :-[)

I don't think you can add floors or change outside wall dimensions in an apartment.

This is still inside of the apartment walls (this unit has two floors). The weird thing I can build walls but the floors just don't attach.

I found the answer on one of the EA boards. http://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/OPEN-CL-Custom-Room-Tool-fails-to-draw-flooring-after-bulldozing/td-p/5690915

Basically you have to use the room tool to build out the missing floor then delete the unnecessary walls. Pretty tedious but it works!
