Lots of carriers glitch/bug (How to fix)

I had some issues with the game when you're adopting a dog. The carriers were spawned more and more by the person, and the dog didn't appear. Also, I couldn't remove the carriers AT ALL. I just simply went to Manage Worlds and back. Easy!
