Fisherman's Quest

I remember reading somewhere that this quest is a legendary traits quest if you have the parents eaten by a whale trait.  I have that trait and ran through the quest but there was nothing different than other times i have done it.  Is there a way to trigger this into a legendary trait quest, or is my memory just getting fuzzy?

If you have the Whale Ate trait and take the eel stew path (not the apple, the lobster and the young man), you should get the legendary trait at the end when you tell your whale-hunting story to the old man.
