Twinbrook Warehouse

Does anybody know what the Twinbrook Storage Corporation Warehouse building is used for? My Sim is in the criminal career and I noticed this building is accessible. I wondered if it is related to this career path?

I think it's there because it can be.
Same with the one in Riverview.

It's just a property for you to purchase and upgrade.  With a little ingenuity, you could change it into whatever you wanted to.
