How long does it take a teen to graduate from high school? searched the forums but didn't come up with anything.

Well, it would mainly depend on the game length setting you have chosen. I believe for the Normal setting the Teen length is about 3 weeks or 21 days. Teens go to high school during that entire period.

Actually, on normal settings, the teen life stage is 15 days.
