Cloning a Vamp?

I don't know where to put this, Late Night or Generetions.

So this if my question, if you use the clone thingy to clone a vampire that was bitten in game, does the clone come out a vampire? I am not sure if you understand. Seems like a confusing question. I just don't want to waste all of those happiness points if itsn't going to come out like that.

For those of you ho want to know it looks like you can't clone a vamp but I am still unsure.
EDIT: My sim had 75,000 happiness points it was more than enough to buy the clone thingy. But that life reward doesn't appear if your sim is currectly a vampire so you can't clone vampire sims.

You could try buying the reward, then clone the sim.

I did, it won't let you clone your sim if she/he is a campire at the moment.
