Boarding School and After School Activities

Do the show offs learned from scouting and ballet stay with sims all through out their life? (I`d like a definitive answer, not a most likely, please.) If you put age on the shortest setting do they graduate really fast? If you do that do they not learn the fishing skill? (My intention, as I wish for the sim to SuperMax all skills and having fishing skill at first will make it harder to complete the music skills, gardening and inventing.)

Also, I read in the guide that you get rewards from after school clubs near the end of the teen life stage, what if you are playing on aging off? Do I have to turn it on and use Ambrosia to reset their age to "complete" all the clubs? Is there a peak to how much skill they gain from each club? Do you still need the relationship requirements to gain Charisma from drama club?

Can an orphaned teen send themself to boarding school?

Sorry for all the questions. Hahahaha!

No they don't. And you learn one level of the fishing skill or different skill per meeting- I think.

Yeah, you do get rewards. And if you're playing aging off, then trigger next age transition to get your rewards.

Teens cannot send themselves to boarding school. No matter how hard they try, the can't. :P

So they only get their afterschool activity rewards when they become YA? Thanks for all your info! :)

Yes. That I can confirm, as I always play with aging off.

This may not be news to anyone, but I discovered that if a child stays in boarding school until aging up to a teen, he/she starts high school with an A.  Also, you don't get to pick their 4th trait.  My twins got Eco-Friendly and Star Quality.
