Hello. I have a question and if I posted in the wrong place please move it. Now on with the question... I have been looking for this hairstyle for awhile now and cannot seem to find it.

Savannah, please change the title of this thread to make it more understandable.  A lot of people don't know what WCIF means.

We don't endorse custom content  here (if it is CC and not EA hair) If it's not in game and not available at the Sims store, then I'm guessing it is CC and you would be better off asking on sites that actually have CC.

It's definitely EA store content. I reconized the sim.

Yes it's from the Sims 3 store - I've purchased it from there myself.

Definitely store. It came from Pam's Dreamweaver DecaDynasty, and Pam doesn't use CC (to my knowledge).
 
I've also seen it lying about the store.

Yes, that's Skittles Dreamweaver and it's my photo.  Seabody is correct about which hairstyle it is.  I bought it at the Sims 3 Store.
