Perks for inappropriate sims?

I was wondering what the different perks are for inappropriate sims. Are they able to go into the opposite gender's restroom? Do they not get kicked out of other houses when they behave inappropriately? What are they able to do differently? I can't recall playing one or anything they are able to do that is different from non inappropriate sims? I know there is a LTR that lets them do inappropriate things and not get into trouble.

I know that they can randomly go into another persons house and just start upgrading stuff
Helps if you're going for a unique upgrade challenge (and can't be bothered to buy the stuff yourself)

Also, i think you can make romantic advances a LOT sooner (just go up an kiss them) rather than chatting for about 3-4 hours

Inappropriate Sims will remain unaffected by a rude house guest. They can also make fun of the nearest person standing nearby to the Sim they're having a conversation with. (That's why trait is perfect for mean-spirited and evil Sims!)

EDIT: Inappropriate Sims can also make inappropriate forum posts, when using the computer. It's similar to Trolling on the forums, which exclusively for Grumpy, Rebellious, Evil and Mean-Spirited Sims.

The trait description claims that Inappropriate Sims will not dress properly yet I see no evidence in the game. Perhaps EA made a mistake, and meant to write the "never think to dress properly" part of the description for the Insane trait.

I believe they can also take a bath in a sink.

I can say it's correct about proper dress. I just put an inappropriate Sim into my game and he is fond of wearing the swim flippers for every day wear. He isn't insane, just neurotic  but he chooses to wear what he wants when he wants to.

When I want to play a Romantic sim, I pause and change one of her traits to "innapropriate" just at the moment she meets someone new. Then; I have her kiss them and walk away. Then i change her trait back. Never fails to get her a few phone calls from these conquests.

I think that's true. I queued up a load of actions for my Dynasty generation 3 heir with a guy and left them alone while I went to assign her aunts some tasks. I came back to find him snogging her. He had a fiance and they'd done maybe 5/6 interactions, one of which was an introduction, and then they were romantic interests. When I pulled him into the household, I found out he was inappropriate, and I think that's got to be part of it.
