Does Anyone Have Any Good Venues/Clubs for Sunset Valley?

I don't feel like using one of the ones from Bridgeport so if anyone has a good venue that fits on a Sunset Valley lot, it would be appreciated. :)

I bet there are a ton of them if you look here, if you look hard enough.

Or you can make a request at the Building and Construction Requests Thread. Plenty of willing builders; including me if you wish.  :P

Hey guys I'm taking an extended hiatus... again. I'm out of ideas to build houses and I don't have as much fun designing homes like I used to; it feels more like a chore. So that's where I'll be, I will probably be back sometime. :P

I can also do a club request if you have one. I find myself mostly doing houses, a club might be nice.
