My sims don't allways know where to sleep?

My Sims don't always know where to sleep? what can I do so that they know where their rooms are. For example our Butler has her own bedroom, which I have assigned to her, but I can't do the same with the household Sims?

Which ever bed you first send your Sim to sleep in will be allocated to them. If you attempt to put another Sim in that bed you will get a pop up saying do you want(Sim name) to sleep in (other Sim name's) bed.
I am reasonably sure that if you were to click on the tired moodlet the Sim in question would go to their own bed in their own room.
