What are Sunset Valley women that have the painting skill?

I'm thinking of testing to see if I'm capable of an immortal dynasty. I was just wondering if anyone knew of sunset valley women, besides Agnes, that have the painting skill by default?

I know that Holly Alto is artistic. She's pretty young though...three days to young adult if I remember right.

Holly Alto has 2 painting skill, Bella Bachelor 1, Bessie Clavell 1, Agness Crumplebottom 8, Cornelia Goth 6, Bebe Hart 1, Nancy Landgraab 2, Kaylynn Langerak 4, River McIrish 2... at least they do at the start of my game.
