I think my game might not be updated properly, even though I uninstalled the new patch yesterday it is now update 10.0.96.016001 Is that right? if not how can I make it right?

That's (I think) the Showtime Patch Level, meaning you're hovering over the wrong icon. You want to check the base game Patch Level - the icon in the bottom left of the Launcher. If it says 1.34, you're good.
