I have the same issue just with all my households. Whenever I want to play one. I just finished with reintalation but it still dosn't work.
I'll certanly try to bypass the launcher through.

Okay ... I uninstalled Dragon Valley and I'm bypassing the launcher and suddenly it WORKED! Thanks to everyone who tried to help. Goodness I'm so happy right now.
