Empty Clubs in Sunset Valley

Is there a way to fill the clubs in SV?  My Sims sometimes gets the message that said club is 'hoppin', but she goes in and no one is there. Is there a mod or something to get Sims to go to them or should I just go ahead and delete them?

I wouldn't delete them.  One thing you can do is check the newspaper every day.  It will tell you where the hot spots are that day and they usually have Sims there.

Also - it depends on how many spots you have in your town.  If there are three hot spots, most sims will be at one or two of the three.  And if you have a low population then it's not enough people to spread around too.
