Everyone loves a good meal, beautifully cooked and presented with care and elegance.  Here at Bon Appetite our entire staff is devoted to serving you the best of the best with cuisine from all over the globe.  Introducing the owners of our fine resort restaurant, Gina and Giovanni Escoffier:



They did not always start out as 5 star chefs du cuisine, but began as lowly scullions ready to clean up the messes the head chefs made or peel any number of veggies.





They soon moved up the latter and finally reached Pastry Chef.  Giovanni took a few tips from Gina while she prepared a simple, but delicious al fresco meal.





And finally, after much hard work and study, they made it to the top!
