Frog legs, etc. never on cooking list

My big cooking list is 100%, but Frog legs and bouillbasse is never on my oven or refrigerator cooking list of foods to eat. Do I need to cook them in France? Crepes are on there but never the above 2. Does anyone know about this?

You have to purchase frogs from food vendor in france and bring them home (you can stock pond with 10 ). and cook it at dinner only (garlic+frog) .

For  bouillbasse  you can cook it at dinner only (fish +vegetable).

You can cook creps because  ingredients  which is (2 fruits ) can be found at home (at breakfast and brunch)

Note : go to cooking skill and you can know what required ingredients for each food.

Yep, I have every ingredient including 4 frogs but those 2 foods are never on my cooking list; even at  lunch and/or dinner

Your Sim has definitely learned the recipes?  Either from a book, television, or from another Sim?
