Setting Up Relationships

Hi everyone, I am a little stuck! I've created a couple, but I am having problems setting up a husband/wife relationship. Have I missed a vital step or is the option not there at all?

I know it's there in CAS, however, I can't remember where.

Click on the big plumbob in the upper left, and then it's on the right.
