What is the name of the drink that allows your sim to get 'drunk' or 'tipsy'?

The 'Crazy' drinks may cause your Sims to do silly or insane things and they receive a 'Going Wild' moodlet.  The mixologist needs to be at level 9 so not too many mixologist in the bars will know how to make them early on in the game.
Is this the drink you were asking about?

There aren't any drinks in Late Night that gives your sim the "Tipsy" or "Drunk" moddlet. That's only in the The Sims Medieval.

At the time this question was originally asked, there was no Sims Medieval.  Given the time that passed, your response is irrelevant.  Please do not revive threads that are this old unless you've got something significant to add.
