Custom music

Hi guys, I found the custom music folder under the sims 4.  I googled and found how to add my own music onto it. There's no problem my sim family enjoys it but just one question here. It sounds a bit smaller as compared to other songs in channel. Is it normal?   :)

I think that is normal, I don't use custom music but I remember someone else posting the same thing... that the custom music sounded quieter.
