I think it is possible. Although, one might encounter problems with the frieze. But I still believe it is doable. I hope you'll show us the finished house if you try this design.

Oh yes I'd plan on showing it.  I think it would be a lovley Beach house. Just wondering about the pool section how to work that as it has step-up's (landing's) if that makes since. Like you did with your House you had step-up's (landing's).

I played around with using the ground and foundation part. It was more of a 'trial and error' to make the pools with differing levels. Been using the MOO cheat as well. As for placing stairs in the pool itself, that one I haven't been successful with. I don't think it can be done even with cheats. But you can try making pseudo stairs by using the stone coffee tables. Can be a little tricky and doesn't always come through when re-downloading from the gallery.

This would be a great personal challenge, would make me want CC so badly though... something that I have managed to not delve into this time around!

Been playing around on building it, but having problems on the Half (or) curves
