How do you charge a Utili-Bot?

I know how to enhance one, but I can't find how to charge one.  Do you just wait?  If so, it's taking forever.

Take it to the robotics bench and 'tune up'. :)

That restores battery and reliability, if someone else knows more than me I'd also like to know.
