Is there any way to get sheet music for "I think I'm in love with a ghost"?
Or is there a "RL" song that sounds like it but the Sims changed its name?
I really need to learn to play like that!!!

Very fun little exercise -- I had actually just gotten back into writing mods for this game, so I trawled the game data, pulled out all 60 or so piano songs (perform tracks, and the random little jingles you get while skilling). It rings a bell as a song -- I know there's The Entertainer by Scott Joplin as a "Perform..." option, and I think Maple Leaf Rag is in there too -- but I couldn't place it and Shazam was no help. So I extracted the .wav and ran it through AnthemScore to get you sheet music for the first 30 seconds. A paid version of AnthemScore would let you upload the .wav and run it through the program to get the entire thing.

Beware I think there's a bung note in here -- I listened to what AnthemScore was going to output and a note ~5 seconds in sounded off, but I'm no virtuoso and can't fix it myself.
