Can my vamp husband or wife turn their daughter?

I had a vamp guy, who married a woman and turned her into a vamp, I didn't realise that the woman came with a kid lol.

They all live together now, the kid is a teen now, can I turn her? Or can you not turn people till they are adults? Or can you not turn family at all?

You can only turn a YA and above into a Vampire, I think you should be able to turn the family member as well though.
