Omni Plant in Sunset Valley

Where is the omniplant at the science facility in Sunset Valley?  I looked all around and I couldn't find it.

There is a small fenced in garden on the side of the building, and if you still can't find it it would be no troubled for me to bring up the game and get you a screen shot.

Is that the garden with apple trees and grape vines? If so, what does the omni plant look like?

It looks like a tomato plant.
