Firefighter in Bridgeport

I've reached level 10 in the firefighter profession and have my own personal firetruck...but now have the problem of not being able to maintain it in the inventory. The answer is normally to place it on a large parking space - that's fine any where except Bridgeport where you can't find these spaces or edit the town to add one, or at least I can't seem to be able to.

Any other suggestions? Is there a cheap lot with a large space? Is there some way to edit lots the character is already living in??

It's in Buy Mode under Transportation.

Something you could do is open up the cheats window and type in 'testingcheatsenabled true' without the quotes. After that, shift-click the ground on the lot where you want to place the parking spot and click on the 'buy on this lot' option, then you'll be taken to buy mode and you can place your parking spot.

Didn't work unfortunately. He moved out to the suburbs instead...
