Party at a place of business

What type of lot zoning do you need to throw a party at a community lot? The phone has throw party and throw party at, I can have a party at the art gallery but not a hangout? ???

In Bridgeport I rented various cmubs for parties. You have the option to make it exclusive or allow townies to show up. You can have an open tab for food and drinks. Since the penthouses are so small, it is great to rent a place.

Well I made this warehouse in Riverview a nice community lot and I wanted to throw a party there. I have the lot set as a hangout but I always thought you would be able to throw parties at a community lot zoned as a hangout. Does it have to be a certain type of lot? Great tip about the open tab for food and drinks but how do you do it?

I've thrown parties at the park, clubs and in Bridgeport there's a community lot with hot tub and swimming pool. In these places you can put a bar and hire a mixologist for the night.

To have an open tab, you just click on the bar and get the offer to "open tab".
