Boarding School and the Surrounded by Family LTW

Hi fellow Simmers,

In a stroke of genius insanity I am trying to complete the Surrounded by Family LTW by having triplets followed immediately by twins.  Oh lord, my head hurts just typing this!

Does anyone know if I can complete the LTW if I send any of the 5 kids to boarding school or do they have to be raised at home from nooboo to teen?

I'm pretty sure boarding school will be fine.

Boarding school is ok. 
You could of course adopt children (and child age) and skip baby/toddler age. 
I'm sure it still counts.

Ah, the dynasty.  Well no you can't skip. Can I suggest one (or five) of those baby swings if you have it.  They will save your sanity.

True 'dat!  I kept all five nooboos in the baby swing full time - just had to watch to make sure none of the adults in the house turned it on fast.  Once the triplets aged up to toddler they got moved into cribs for sleeping and pretty much had the run of the house when they were awake.  It was non-stop skilling so that by the time the twins became toddlers the triplets had learned everything they needed.  Now all that's left is to teach the twins their skills and I'm home free!  Now it's just the thought of 5 teens all having mood swings that's got me a bit worried.  I pray one of the adults can earn a moodlet manager before that becomes an issue!

I wrote an article on the Surrounded by Family LTW for Carl awhile back.  It's a little out of date with the new objects, but maybe it will help.

Thanks Pam, that definitely helps!  The triplets are children now and the twins age up in 3 or 4 days.  My head is spinning, but it should be easier once they are all children.  If I never see another nooboo again it will be too soon!
