Question about handiness skill opportunities

My sim agreed to fix a neighbor's tv for some side money.  Once I fixed the tv, I was instructed to call the neighbor in order to complete the  task.  How do I do that?  When I picked up the phone, the only option I found was for chat.

You have to put the object back into your family inventory, and then you'll get a button on the opportunity panel to deliver it.
