Kitee Bones Lived in a Graveyard. He was a ghost then, but unfortunately will not be one when you download him. Turning him into one should be easy, though. Put him in a household with someone he's friends or romantic interests with, kill him, and use the other sim to restore him at the lab.
Traits: Flirty, Hopeless Romantic, Workaholic, Absent-minded, Loner (no changes; those are his original traits.)

If you'd rather have the original Ransom Clavell, you can use a sim to befriend him and bring him back. His grave is the tall obelisk one to the right of the entrance to the graveyard. Once your sim is friends or lovers with him, they'll get the opportunity to bring him back, and you'll be able to select his grave. (Took me a while to figure that out.
