Otis is a 4th generation cat from the Dreamweaver Townie DecaDynasty.  His parents are Fitz Dreamweaver and Jasmine Dreamweaver.  His sister is Zoey Dreamweaver.  Otis went to live with Butterscotch, Bobo, and Jawbreaker Dreamweaver when they moved out.
