New Opportunity for Sims 3 handiness skill

I think I've seen this opportunity quite awhile ago.  I just don't get it often because I don't usually do much with the handiness skill.

Just did. I forgot that I had that section there. I've basically stopped putting that section into guide pages because of the sheer number of opportunities there are - but another one doesn't hurt. Thank you :)
