Does the Age Freeze Potion work on Teens?

Because somehow, 100+ days of hormones and homework isn't enough. My teen sim is extremely successful and already has more than enough lifetime happiness points to get an age freeze potion. Can she get it and use it? Or must she wait until she's a young adult?

The one way to find out would be to look in her lifetime rewards list.   If it isn't grayed out, then she can buy it.
