Hot Chocolate?

I remember reading in a bunch of the previews that hot chocolate is a thing we can make/have in Sims 3 Seasons. Anyone know how/where to get hot chocolate? Or if it is actually in the game?

I'm fairly certain I've only seen hot chocolate at one of the food vendors during the winter season on the festival lot.  But I'll keep my eye out just in case.

And I thought for sure that I saw it at the food vendor on the festival lot during the summer.

I didn't look when it was Summer.  Now I know I'm going into game to find it.   Most of the foods available at the food vendors don't seem to be recipes that can actually be made at home.

Hot chocolate is a seasonal drink at the festival food booths.

Is anyone else disappointed that drinking fruit punch doesn't grant a "sugar rush" moodlet, or even a "good meal" moodlet? I think it uses the same code as getting a juice box from the fridge. It fills hunger, but no moodlets. On the plus side, buying a coffee will make your sim buzzed.

For some reason I thought you could make hot chocolate with the base game coffee/expresso machine.  I know it has different options and I thought hot chocolate was one of them.

Cant find the option for hot chocolate on hot beverage machine (well not counting Tripple Chocolate Non-Fat Frothchino with Cinnamon Whipped Cream and similar )
