Elders and toddlers need more things to do! I would love elders to be able to knit there grandchildren things!

Elders should do aerobics, or aerobics alone should be a new feature. Wasn't that with Sims 2, or was that yoga?

I think that was yoga.

Speaking of elders, I think they should get a social like "grumble about youth". It'd be funny!

Sims 2 had yoga and I loved it.  I'm very happy to have seen meditation added, but yoga would be another terrific addition.

I'd also like dance groups in Sims 3, like in the sequel. For example, squads and cheerleaders.

You know what? That's what I've wanted for a while! I wish they would include cheerleading in the Sims 3 for high school. I don't really like cheerleading, but I will admit the outfits are cute.

Two new ideas:

Glass roofs and tiling so you could create greenhouses

Those green plants you see on the side of buildings... Something like this maybe? Just a little more green.

MORE WINDOW TYPES! And a window designer and height modifier. And more options on staircases such as easy L's, U's and total square ones. (4 levels). And a way to delete the circular thing on spiral staircases so it isn't a circle it's a square on the floor above.

I tried to make a daycare center once (before I got Generations), but it didn't really work too well since Sims can't leave their kids there with just one person.

Rabbit Holes, unfortunately, have always been apart of the Sims franchise and I highly doubt they will ever cease to exist. As much as I, too, would love to open them, I have resigned myself to cold harsh truth 

I do agree with the scolding and punishing thing though.

I want weather in my game! It doesn't have to be exactly like Seasons for TS2. I would be perfectly content with just it raining every now and then, but I must have it! 

Um The Sims 1 and 2 didn't have rabbit holes. You could see them go into places to eat and shop.

Yeah but that wasn't for Careers. For their careers they just went off in their cars and drove through the vanishing wall across the road and were at work. Unless Sims 1 was different, I don't know. Sims 2 you couldn't see the workplace at all.
