Well I wasn't precisely born in Spain XD (my dad's Spanish though...) I'm from Colombia, SA but I lived like 5 years in Florida.

Aaaand sportsfan's right.. enero is Janaury!

Arch, I should have known that, as learning the months of the year was one of the earlier things I've learned. :(

I'd say you defend yourself pretty well in spanish though :)
Its good to have a second or third language even if its not perfect... you never know when you'll need it!

It's my third. My first is Dutch.

but just let me give you a hand with that:

¡Ah! ¿Tu eres Espanol? Me linguistica favorito. No me enero, pero yo hablo un poco.

¡Ah! ¿Tu eres Espanola? Mi idioma favorito. No es el primero, pero hablo un poco.

Works out better this way ;)

And where did you learn spanish? school, college?

No, at home. I'm learning the language with the help of the program Prisma.

So... are you the next person here I could ask a little help with once in a while when I find myself stuck with the lessons? :)

Done already? Why just before I even got a change to warn you? ;)
Na, you're right though. Let's get back ontopic.

Saying that: cndneh, I would never have guessed your nickname came from Canadian. Where did the 'h' came from?

cndn = Canadian (with out the vowels) and eh = eh?  A joke that all Canadians add eh? to the end of their sentences.  "You know what I mean eh?"  "Hows the weather eh?"  "How about that hockey eh?"

I'm Canadian eh?

:D

Not all Canadians do that, some do.  But its a stereotypical thing people think of when they think of Canada.  Just like when you say Australians you think of the Crocodile Hunter and people saying "Crikey" a lot, and British people only drink tea with biscuits and act like the Queen.  I just thought it was hilarious.

Well, at first my username everywhere was sjdavis1024. Initial's of my first and middle name, my last name, and birthday put together. Except, I'd get confused as a guy on the first forum I really posted at. I got on AIM chats with a group of members there and one of them was Japanese. She was giving out the Japanese names to various American names. Since my name is common as dirt, I got my Japanese name of Seera (2 guesses to what my real name is :P). I just added on 1024 on the Sims 3 forum since Seera was taken I believe when I actually got around to getting Sims 3 and registering it and getting Riverview.

Me neither! Perhaps I should change my nickname to LetoMill85Clog to maintain the stereotypicallity of Holland as good as you (cndneh) did that with Canada. :P

I really don't know a way of talking that's stereotipical from my country  ???
We have a bunch of different accents an everyone speaks so differently from city to city that I think we probably don't have one.
I guess we people from the capital are thought to be very "preppy" and to use "mk" and "gvn" all the time (I really can't say what this means though haha)

It's childish and lame really. There's an app on Facebook [which I hate - the site, not the app] called Pet Society, where I made my pet 'Flama' [short for Flamalamadingdong]. And she had these five pets, two dogs, two cats and a bird. The two cats were called Sparkle [because she had beautiful blue sparkly eyes :D] and Juliet. And the dogs were called Saint and Satan - coz he was very mischievous while Saint being the oldest pet always seemed so calm and composed. Saint and Juliet were kinda alike in manner, and Sparkle and Satan too. Hence the name Sparklysatansaintlyjuliet. I normally just use SaintlyJuliet though. ^^

Well, I'm English, for starters :P and no my name's not Rose, but an 'English Rose' is a quite old-fashioned way of describing a girl/young woman with fair hair, pale skin etc. (not sure if it's used in other countries or not...) Anyway, I've been using it as a username since I was quite young 'cos I think it sounds pretty :) (and because I have, you know, blonde hair and fair skin and stuff).

::) I had never seen this thread before!

Frey is my lastname, but everyone has called me Frey since like 6th grade or so. You see, there was a Chilean President whose lastname was Frei at the time, so kids at school and people at university thought it was funny. So everyone calls me Frey, which can get a little confusing sometimes, when my friends call me home they say "hi, is Frey there?" and my mom says "well, there are like 5 of them here at the moment, which one are you calling?"  ;D

About three years ago I had a haircut like Alice Cullen's, so I got the nickname Alice. And Frosting was tacked on at my friends birthday party when I was officially a part of his and his best friend's group. He was Pudding and she was Cupcake and I became Frosting. AliceFrosting

Ok my username is kind of (not really) complicated.

Remember Sailor Moon? Yea, I've been obsessed with that show pretty much my entire life. Sailor Mars is my favorite scout. Her real name is Rei and my real name is Raye (pronounced the same) and I just added the "Fire" in front because I'm an Aries, which is a fire sign, and because she is the scout of fire. I was born in 1993. Add that all together and you get FireRaye93.  ;D

Pretty cool huh?  8)
