That'd be great, I would love them. That's ok that they're specific, if they were made for families they're probably exactly what I was looking for. And the families would be wonderful too, if its no trouble! Thanks!

Also, you don't have to edit the houses with the EPs I have if you don't want to. Don't feel the obligation to (unless of course you want to :P).

OK -- the houses are up here (http://www.carls-sims-3-guide.com/forum/index.php/topic,16614.0.html) and here (http://www.carls-sims-3-guide.com/forum/index.php/topic,16616.0.html).  I added the EP stuff because they were kind of sad looking with just base game items. :)  There are links to the families in the posts for the lots.  You'll notice that both lots have the same basic floor plan, but the landscaping is really different in each one.  I originally placed them side by side as if they were built by the same architect but personalized for each family.  Hope you like them!

Next incarnation I'd like to be an architect, but till then...

I'd like a house built over water, but NOT a houseboat, 2 or 3 bedrooms and kinda hidden room to put alchemy and witch stuff, a pool with a bar ; basically an over water house where a witch could party everyday and eventually stick some friends and/or family someday. Any candidates?

I would like to have a HUGE mansion, by which I mean as many floors as possible, including basement.
I was thinking it could fit in SSV, have at LEAST 3-5+ bedrooms [including Master bedroom], and the same amount of bathrooms. At least enough room for two spaces in the garage.

I would prefer it to be a shell, not furnished other than what I specify.

Pool, hot tub and courtyard fountain is a must. So is a small stable.

bunso, your house is done!  It's over here in the Swap Shop: http://www.carls-sims-3-guide.com/forum/index.php/topic,16847.0.html

Sorry it took so long -- work got a little crazy last week.  Also, just like with the houseboat, you'll need to update your game for the house to work.  Hope you like it!

Axiom, I've gutted the castle found in Isla Paradiso, and it might fit the bill. With 5 floors and 27 indoor rooms (With a nursery, and multiple bedrooms), plus space to expand (Up and down, should you need it), I believe you might find it to your liking. Find it through the "Squirt's Super Submissions" link in my signature. (Castillo de Ichtaca, it's called)

Hmmm... That's not quite as big as I was thinking...
I was thinking more like a 64x64 lot. But still I'll be adding that to my game, so thanks for the suggestion!~

I would like to make a request.

Expansions: All 10

Stuff packs: All but 70s, 80s, and 90s, Sweets, Diesel

Theme: Futuristic, Scientific and something along the lines similar to this house I created myself. http://www.carls-sims-3-guide.com/forum/index.php/topic,17075.0.html

Store items: All futureshock, and the Stones Throw

Reasons: I created that house in the link above, but I am unsure of it. I could use a trained eye to give their opinion or maybe even giving their own vision of what it should look like. I have seen very talented people here and am curious as to how they might envision it and what their take would be. Thanks in advance!

I, too, would like to make a request. I... sincerely hope it's reasonable.

Expansions: WA, Amb, LN, Gen, Pets
Stuff Packs: HEL, FL, OL
Store Content: None, please
Bedrooms: 2-3, + Master/En-suite
Baths: ~1 per bedroom, + half-bath in main living space
Additional Requirements: Workshop; maybe a pool (interior/exterior is up to the builder); outdoor living space is a plus.

I'd like a "modern" shell to fit at 520 Pumpkin Valley Road (60x60 lot called Cypress Villa in Riverview). I put modern in quote marks because, since the lot is in Riverview, I'd rather not have something that is white concrete and glass; however, I'm also not looking for something like the Farmhouse I posted in the swap shop. Wood and stone is preferable, multi-story. Something like Fallingwater, from the outside - something that "blends" into the world.

No real limit on the dimensions of the house. Room-wise, all I ask for is 2-3 bedrooms plus a master with en-suite, and an equal number of bathrooms (a shared, jack-and-jill bathroom is acceptable), plus a half-bath in the main area of the house. Oh, and room for a workshop, somewhere. Where it ends up doesn't really matter to me.

Landscaping is a plus, but not a requirement. I will need a medium-large section out back for a garden. My Sim will provide the plants.. Inside, minimal decoration is needed (that isn't to say you can't decorate it if you really want to; I have fun with Interior Design, is all.)

Hello! I would like to make a request.
I would like a mansion style house, built for 8 sims. There is a catch, though- it should conserve as much space as possible, without having too many floors.
I would like it to be traditional, small, with not alot of room. The idea is a family with no time to tidy or clean up, so spam with those magazines, hair dryers, etc.
Most of all, i would like you to have fun with my request! Make it your own, and I'm sure I will love it!

EDIT: I forgot to add that I have Pets, Supernatural, Seasons, Ambitions and Generations

I have tried several times to build a Dragon Valley house for my Winterly family. I am not happy with any of them. I'd like to request a four bedroom house, probably two story, that is appropriate for this town. I will need a nursery for the next generation nooboo. It can be on any size lot as long as there is room for a swimming pool somewhere. Also a two car garage. There is no budget limit and I have all EPs, SPs and store items so have fun!

Despite not owning Dragon Valley, I would be happy to take up this build. I will do some research and get started tomorrow!

I have a Gothic request.

A replacement of the Goth manor in Sunset Valley - rebuilt as an ancestral home for the upbringing of the newest baby Goth, Alexander - for Riverview, while maintaining the quirky nature of it's occupants, past and present, and ability to fit a rotating and growing family.

Expansions: Amb, LN, Gen, Pets, Showtime, Supernatural, Seasons, UL, and IP (with plans to get Future)
Stuff Packs: Fast Lane Stuff and 70s, 80s & 90s stuff
Store Content: I have DV so feel free to use those
Bedrooms: Master with own bathroom + three bedrooms
Baths: 2 full baths and a toilet on the ground floor
Additional Requirements: garage space with an basement for storing a time machine and an upstairs trophy room. space for the Goth graves (7 so far), pool would be nice but not necessary, and a study/art room.

Feel free to decorate and experiment with stairs or elevators. If you can manage it, four floors would be perfect. The Goths and I appreciate your efforts and help  :)
