baby challenges are so hard!

8 children = 8000
5 locations = 1.25

Total 8000 x 1.25 = 10,000

This one literally made me dream I'd given birth myself to 6 kids in a week and a half!  (On top of the four I've already got!)

I loved it!

11 kidlets - 11,000
5 locations - 1.25
Total: 13750

Jareth & Sarah Henson had 14 goblins...children (Elise, Darius, Annie, Olaf, Viktor, Caitlyn, Ashe, Diana, Vladimir, Draven, Malzahar, Yorick, Ezreal & Ahri). They were spawned from 8 locations.

14,000 * 1.4 = 19,600

Baby challenges make me crazy, but I love em.

8 kids,  5 locations:  10,000 pts.

Ahhhhh, thank goodness that one is over. I stress out too much looking after so many Sims at one time!

12 kids in 5 locations

12000 * 1.25 = 15000

First challenge I've tried...maybe I should've tried something easier the first time around. I drove myself nuts but managed 12 kids, 6 locations. Would've done better but just couldn't get some to make friends lol

12 kids x 6 locations = 15600

Wow! Was this ever a hard challenge for me!  I don't usually play large families...now I know why! LoL I have sure gained a new appreciation for this game.  I decided to do the challenges this year to spice up my game play a bit, thanks!  I am having a blast!

Lacie & Diego Colvin are parents to 6 kids (Rio, Marisol, Brooke, Rain, River & Eddy).

6 x 1000 = 6000

3 different locations - 3 x .05 = .15

6000 x .15 = 6900

Whew!  :D

(Is trying not to cry from hysteria) Howl... and Sophie Pendragon had 15 screaming stinky terrifying children.
I'm not entirely sure how either... they just... they did. Martha, Lettie, Morgan, Chihiro, Haku, Sheeta, Kiki, Osono, Nausicaa, Markel, Ponyo, Patzu, Mei, Satsuko, Mononoke.

Anyways, this couple conceived in 6 different places.

So

15 x 1000 = 15000

15000 x 1.30 = 19500

Ok, while the challenge wasn't that bad, I'm almost positive that I've gotten more stable about massive families. *Phew* I'm still glad it's over, back to my other adventures. :D

Not meaning to post twice, I just want to point out that Jagid, you might want to edit your post so you don't give others ideas about potential strategy. I'd take out your locations.

Thanks LivvieLove!

I just finished saving the file and didn't even think about the next time we do this!
It's no problem! I just thought that if others saw that who HADN'T turned in their challenge yet they might get ideas and that would be categorized as strategy talk. :)
Awesome score, I have no idea how I even managed 15, I don't know how I could've done more! Congrats! :)

I love and hate baby challenges in equal measure!

9 kids, from 5 locations for a total of 11250

Kudos to those who managed more kids!

Looking froward to hearing peoples strategy because, obviously, I don't have one!!

This was definitely A LOT harder than I thought it would be!

6 children + 2 locations sooooo...

6000 x 1.10 = 6600

After discussing Jagid's issue of not remembering the Best Friend rule for caking up a Child with Metro, we felt it was only fair to give Jagid partial credit for what he accomplished before the error. Thank you for being honest with us Jagid.

His score will be: 2 kids in 1 location.

2000 x 1.05 = 2,100

What a crazy challenge!  It makes me tired just thinking about it.

Carina and Pez Dreamweaver had a total of 9 children and used 5 locations:

Amber
Butterfly
Caleb
Danielle
Erin
Fox
Gemini
Hogan
Infinity

9 x 1,000 = 9,000
5 x .05 = .25

9,000 x 1.25 = 11,250

If anyone is interested, I think I'll upload the kids to the Swap Shop.  :)

9 kids: 9 x 1000 = 9000

6 locations

9000 x 1.3 = 11,700

I'm tired of hearing crying children, lol!

I had to stop halfway through because I accidentally caked up a toddler before he learned to walk. (The bar was almost full, and I assumed the mom had stopped teaching him because they had finished. Ugh.)

My Sims had 6 kids, and the mom got pregnant in 3 locations.

Had a healthy dose of luck for this one. Only did a bit of planning, so for me this is a favorable outcome.

Alpha and Beta East had 15 children in total - Alicia, Ben, Connor, Darren, Ethan, Florence, Gustav, Hannah, Ivan, Joseph, Kay, Louis, Mark, Niall and Olivia.

They had WooHoo in 7 different locations.

15,000 x 1.35 = 20,250

Looks like you did the same thing I did with the kids...I named them alphabetical to help keep track of how many I had.

Mine were named after the location, so I can't share the names, except for Shower and Bedda.

I did the same thing. It's better than Onea, Twoa, Threeo....

Yeah, I think for one of the past challenges where adopting many kids was a central part of the strategy (the Trophy Room one last year, or 2 years ago?) I did actually have numbered kids!

It may sound strange, but I find it easier to work with my Sims if they have relatively normal or, at least, pronounceable names. Probably because when I think about it, "Victor needs to find a RI and Quentin needs to learn how to talk" is easier for me to work with than "Eighteen-o needs to find a RI and Twentythreeson must learn to talk".

(Numbers for illustrative purposes only.)
