The next day it was time for Britta to become a teen. She invited a lot of her friends and acquaintances. This handsome young man is no other than Halberd who is now a goofball.

Couldn't you just totally predict Halberd getting the goofball trait?

It's almost to good to be true. I worry he'll get a horrid ya trait now...

I think she's cute! I'd love to see her without the glasses on though!

Britta getting a new set of glasses :P
She is looking like a lovely teen though. Good to see her daddy is still going strong, how old is he by now?

I'm sure there will be a lot of pictures like that, she doesn't wear them with her PJ's, and if she is anything like the rest of her family she will mostly be walking around in those at home....

So you managed to complete the Social Butterfly aspiration, congrats! I had two kids with that aspiration and no hope of completing it since there were only two townie children left to befried. That is so annoying.

Britta and Halbert are adorable together. And Emelie's amazing work outfit is truly amazing.

As per pinstar's updated rules you are now able to add a Child heavy household if there aren't enough kid in the world. I had added 2 and 2 with mostly teens, it makes the town feel more alive.

Yes, I am happy that Pinstar made the new rule, but unfortunately it came too late for my first generation. I am a bit behind with my story and in my game all the kids are already teens. So no points for child aspirations for the first gen kids.

What new rule is this? I didn't notice it, when was it added? If I may ask

I'm on my phone right now so I can't link it, but on the official legacy site there is an update about this, as well as, about spouses no longer being allowed to bring in money. You can search on the gallery for#legacylovers all those families are random and thus ok.

I don't know if I added families before this rule became reality or not, but since I'm not counting points according to pinstar I'm using my own initiative.

I mostly posted about the rule change so others would find out about it.

You can read about the changed rules here

I reread the rules last night and found out that I could have added townie children for the friend requirement. This line has been in the rules all along:

Quote
9. When playing a Legacy Challenge, your legacy family is the ONLY family you may play in that saved game. You MAY move in new families into the neighborhood during your challenge (keeping in mind that they can be used for friends, but not spouses) but you may not play them.

Saltpastillen stayed within the rules by adding townies and I can blame only myself for not completing the Social Butterfly aspiration.

You can also search #legacyloves. There aren't many in there. I'm planning on adding in a few at some point but I never like the look of my male sims and wind up wanting to play my female sims, so it's no good.

This is very helpful (:

I'm really liking the new change where you can now also marry gallery sims.

In my legacy I will try to only stick to gallery sims that have aged up in world (added as teen or child and then randomized through aging) but I don't know how strict I can be.

Chin or no chin, I think Britta looks awesome! She looks more like a teen than teen sims typically do, which is pretty rare.
