Description:  This is my very first build in the Sims 4!  I only bought the game a few days ago, but I wanted to start my exploration with a practical build (which I then started playing with immediately.)  This is the perfect starter home for any single sim or couple on a budget.  I wanted this home not to be too small or cramped, but still convey a homely feeling when playing my sims.  I hope you all enjoy!

Thank you for the lovely comments everyone!  It is quite a roomy starter, especially the bedroom.  There was room for me to start buying more objects once my sim started earning money without having to expand the walls right away.

I am in love with the bedroom too!  The exterior of the house is my overall favorite (I love the roof-line) part of the house.  But after that, the bedroom is my favorite room on the inside!   I was pleasantly surprised finding some of these objects when decorating the house.
