Just because you are just staring out, there is no reason to go without the basics. This charming little house boasts two bedrooms. The second bedroom is currently unused, but could also be used as a home office.  The simple kitchen is quite adequate and there is even room out the back to start a home vegetable  garden.
Don't be put off by how tight a double bed fits in the main bedroom, Sims can still get into either side of the bed quite easily.

I adore this little starter ! Love the roof line . Great job on such a tight budget . It has all the basic needs . Couldn't ask for more .  :)
Memories have no expiration date .

This is so cute! I love how tidily it all fits in, and it doesn't look cluttered, either.

What a sweet little house!  I love the colors you used throughout.  Very peaceful and pretty.
What?  Grannies can't play games?
I speak perfect Nooblik, (and some Simlish)!

This looks wonderful Twinmum. The roof looks especially neat.
