Sculpting statues of Sims?

How high does my sculpting skill need to be in order to craft statues of other Sims, e.g. for the Immortal Dynasty challenge?

@acerthorn: It's at level 6 or 7. Both the Guide and Wiki are vague on that, but I know plain ice sculptures can be done at level 5. Though honestly, your sculptor is probably going to master the skill before finishing the Ice Personality challenge and getting non-melting ice sculptures.
