No, the best way to get money guitar playing is not just the park or anything like that. Have you guys seen the protests they have at the city hall? There is usually like 20 people there. Go there with over 1000 performances and lvl 10 guitar skill and all that stuff and earn 87,491 per hour. Plus it is by far the best way to earn the celebrity challenge.

This sounds almost like a cheat.  
I liked to be a painter. Free working hours and a good pay if you have lvl 10.

It's hard to top $31K per HOUR, but my gardeners always make more money than any other Sim.  In a legacy attempt I got bored of, I had a grove of money trees that yielded about $44K a day.

Yes, some Special seeds grow into trees that grow money bags.

Or you can use cheats to get some but you need a gardener in the first place.

When you first harvest the money trees, you get a smaller amount and as the money trees go up in quality, you receive more.  I am not sure how many trees I had, but I was raking in 62,000 everytime I would harvest and you figure about every two or three days, so that is alot in a week just to harvest trees.

Of course that's a lot of money... but I like the challenge to be poor and work in a regular profession.

It varies depending on the quality of the tree.  Some have up to $1,100 or possibly more in them.  The first few you get with a normal quality tree are more in the $100-$500 range.

Edited to add: plus, like other kinds of produce, each tree gives you 4-5 bags.

The most I have gotten is 4, 3 being the usual amount, but ya never know with this game.  5 would be nice, especially when they are perfect trees.

Have anyone tried registering in City Hall as a musician which has a band? If yes, is it a good way to get money?I mean if it's as good as one of normal careers.
