Basements

Hey guys,

Just wanted to share this. If you pick a lot away from the water with regular soil, you can build a basement. I suppose it makes sense that we can't build beneath the sand beaches.

Yep.  Totally redesigned the ship wreck including adding a pool beside it to allow daylight to come in.  It was a lot of fun.  Used the ol' Connections reward to get enough cash to go hog wild.  Made another "water feature" next to second level bedrooms and designed them as a non-swimmable sort of reef.  That was fun!
