Conservationist career

At level 3 of the conservationist career, one of the objectives for the work from home assignment asks for the sim to write a conservation article on the PC. I can't find this at all. I used to have the How low can you go computer so I got a Respecteron to try but I still can't find it on the pie menu. Does anyone know how to find it on the PC?

It's a bug that happened to me too. You can't write an article until level 4.
