New House!

---Modern Wooded Jigsaw
Price:- §164,159 - Furnished and §133,687
Lot Built On:- 74 Landgraab Avenue, Sunset Valley.
Lot Size:- 30x40
Content:- World Adventures, Late Night and Ambitions/
Details:- This modern home fits together like a Jigsaw, it slots together, although a jagged mess on the outside it has smooth airy rooms on the inside, it features it's own pool and has a spare Attic for any Guests or Butlers. The House is secluded and the only entrance to the property is through the front door. The House has yet to be furnished but already has an Outdoor Lighting System installed, the Landscaping has also been done by the Contractors they have also added a few decorative touches around the outside of the Building.

Front - Day:

I really really love this lot. I am searching for a modern, minimal building that can double over for an office complex and this looks oh-so-very-perfect. What are the chances of this lot being functioncal with only base game content?

The actual shell only uses Base Game I think. The only stuff I used EP content for would be the landscaping, some plants and the exterior buydebug lighting. Everything else should be pretty close to the original. The trees might be LN but there are Base Game ones that are similar.

Price: $64,040
Lot Size: 30 x 30
Content: Base Game, LN, Generations, Pets, Supernatural. No store or CC.

An unfinished office building. Basement garage, ground floor offices, and a roof area for staff parties. Six office rooms, and reception. Two bathroom areas and room for a kitchen area.

Note: The dustbin relocates to the side of the 'driveway', it was originally in the garage next to the elevator. Rooms are taller than usual due to CFE cheat. Only the reception was furnished.

Spiffy idea here! I've already downloaded a few houses. Perhaps I'll toss up a few of my creations for people to go wild with. I always have the worst time decorating, usually I just plunk down whatever my sims need with some semblance of order.

Susinok linked a houseplan site with antique houseplans which totally inspired me today.  I saw the following:

http://www.antiquehome.org/House-Plans/1903-Radford/03r-538.htm

And built it:

Price: 53,264
Size: 30x30
Content: Base Game, Ambitions (clothesline), Generations (treehouse and wedding arch), Supernatural (doors), Seasons (doors)

The house includes a basement.  This was built in Sunset Valley at 99 Landgraab Avenue.  Landscaping reflects Sunset Valley.

The main floor has a living room, dinning room, kitchen (at the back) and a study/music room (front corner).  There's also a bathroom on this floor.

The upper floor has three bedrooms (one with attached bath) and a shared bathroom.

I leave the furnishing to individuals as I'll be using a fair amount of CC in mine.  Enjoy!

Lunaura's request:

Price: 173,736
Size: 40x40
Content: Base Game, Pets, Seasons, Generations, Late Night, Supernatural.

I don't have any screenshots, but this is the 'ruined' castle built for Lunaura. It's just an empty shell since I'm not very good at interior design.

Hi WickedSimmer87

I didn't take any screenshots because I had guests staying with me while I was building it, and didn't have enough time to build the house and then fiddle with screenshots and uploading and organising them in the gallery. If I get the chance, I may go back and take screenshots and upload them, but it won't happen this week.

Something fun for you guys to take however you'd like.

I'd imagine it'd function well as a club and a house at the same time. :P

The Scramble
Lot Size: 30 x 40
Cost: $ 39,239
Only requires base game!

A Rubik's Cube shell. Already has 4x4 'blocks' installed, but obviously can be removed. The windows were supposed to show the block separation, since I didn't have a wall paper that would frame the sides to make it look like a sticker.

The link to download can be found here. Above it is also my own furnished version.
